REMOTE RESULTS OF TREATMENT OF CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA
In 2010 - 2016 yrs 72 patients, suffering cholangiocarcinoma of various localization, were operated in the clinic. Radical (R-0) intervention was performed in 33 (45.8%) patients, conditionally-radical (R-1) – in 39 (54.2%). The isolated resection of common hepatic duct, segmentary, lobar and extended hepatic resection were performed in the patients. Portal vein resection was done in 8 (11.1%) patients. Adjuvant intraarterial chemotherapy was conducted in 25 (34.7%) patients. The indices of general five-year survival in patients after R-0 resection had constituted 20%, a survival mediana - 29 mo, and after R-1 resection - 12 mo. Radical operation (R-0) for cholangiocarcinoma has advantages, comparing with conditionally-radical (R-1) resection.
