SOME ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATION OF SURGICAL AID WHILE EVENTS WITH MASSIVE AFFECTION OF PEOPLE

Abstract

Retrospective analysis of organization of the medical help delivery was conducted while events with massive admittance of the injured persons, which had occurred in the world in 1979 - 2015 yrs. Distribution of flows of the injured persons while massive admittance was made in accordance to necessity for the live-securing measures conduction.The priority groups were determined: salvage operation; stabilization of state in severe skeletal trauma; primary surgical management of the wounds. Surgical operations while massive admittance of severely traumatized persons are performed in accordance to the «a new golden hour» principle and the damage control protocols in accordance to indications. Provision of medical emergency assistance to the injured persons demands organization of the management system in the medical help institutions, the adequate quantity of medical personnel calling in, the certain resources distribution, elaboration of the “Card of actions” for responsible professionals, conduction of trainings. In events of massive affection of people it is mandatory to expect several waves of delivery/admittance of the affected persons to the nearest hospital.
