STIMULATION OF REPARATIVE PROCESSES IN VENOUS TROPHIC ULCERS USING OF HYDROACTIVE WOUND DRESSINGS

Abstract

The experience of the treatment of venous trophic ulcers in 30 patients, using of hydroactive wound dressings "Armagel +" in combination with application of bio–stimulators of reparative processes in the wound for 1.5 months. The criteria for the effectiveness of treatment were: visual evaluation of regenerative processes in the ulcer, the dynamics of pain syndrom, size of the ulcer, the results of cytology investigation of smears – imprints surface ulcers and bacteriological study of wound, no side effects, as well as the assessment of patient discomfort in everyday life. In 63% of patients the complete healing of trophic ulcers was arrived, 90% of patients reported a reduction of pain intensity in the area of trophic ulcers in the second week of treatment.
