THE RATE AND CRITERIA OF DIAGNOSIS OF UNDIFFERENTIATED DYSPLASIA OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE IN STATIONARY PATIENTS

Abstract

There were examined 126 patients for surgical diseases in Department of Esophageal, Gastric and Intestinal Surgery in 2016 - 2017 yrs. The rate of revealing of the connective tissue phenotypic syndromes affection was determined, basing on which the estimating screening-scale was elaborated, permitting to diagnose and determine the severity of the connective tissue undifferentiateddysplasia, using commonly accessible methods of examination. The diagnostic method for the connective tissue of undifferentiated dysplasia was elaborated for estimation of mostly informative phenotypic and visceral signs of the connective tissue affections, what is necessary for selection of an adequate and effective tactics of treatment in the patients.
