Abstract

Objective. Elaboration of tactics in diagnosis and treatment for liquid–cystic pancreatic growths (LCPG).

Маterials and methods. The investigation was conducted in patients, suffering an acute destructive pancreatitis, complicated by LCPG. Diagnostic puncture under ultrasonographic guidance was performed with further microbiological and morphological investigation of the aspirate obtained.

Results. The procedure choice depends on efficacy of intervention, which is based on studying of ultrasonographic picture during investigation of the zone affected, as well as during dynamical investigation postoperatively.

Conclusion. Using of morphological method of investigation in complex diagnosis makes possible to differentiate the LCPG early as complications of an acute destructive pancreatitis and to elaborate the tactics of treatment.
