Abstract

Elasticity of testicular tissues was studied in 98 boys in dynamics after laparoscopic and open intervention, performed for inguinal hernia. Lesser duration of period of the testicular tissues local restoration was observed, in accordance to elastography data, while performance of laparoscopic intervention. While applying open intervention, a trustworthily bigger risk of postoperative oedema occurrence is noted, and іschemia and fibrosis – in remote postoperative period. Elastographic scale was created, permitting to visualize testicular tissues in nonoperated patients noninvasively while presence of inguinal hernia, to investigate dynamics of the tissues changes in early and late postoperative period, to reveal the risk group patients for postoperative testicular fibrosis for further conduction of certain medicinal treatment.
