Abstract

In the investigation 105 patients were included, in whom chronic critical ischemia of the lower extremities tissues was diagnosed with affection of distal vascular bed and who were treated in the clinic in 2013 - 2016 yrs. To the patients clinic-laboratory and instrumental investigations were done in accordance to unified protocols. Endothelium dysfunction and the inflammatory process activity in patients were estimated, using determination of the еndothelin-1 (ЕТ-1), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), С-reactive protein (СRP) levels and content of fibrinogen in the blood during the treatment, in 6 and 12 mo after it. Disorders of proliferative, vasomotor, hemostatic and anti-inflammatory function of endothelium, which correlate with the patients’ quality of life, constitute an objective indices of the treatment efficacy. Stimulation of neoangiogenesis in complex therapy enhances possibilities to treat chronic critical ischemia of the lower extremities, permits to improve the patients’ quality of life.
